En Kimberly Clark nos enfocamos en atraer y retener, a las personas más talentosas y profesionales que deseen unirse al mejor equipo global, brindando oportunidades de crecimiento interno así como el mejor ambiente laboral para trabajar.Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) **National Sales Manager** **para Panama.**OBJETIVO**Gerenciar la estrategia y ejecución de ventas de la compañía, basándose en los objetivos de la organización, con la finalidad de asegurar que se cumplan las metas de ingresos y utilidades definidas por la Dirección para todos los canales de ventas**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
- Elaborar la estrategia de ventas por canal/ cliente partiendo de una revisión exhaustiva del negocio, tomando como base variables como crecimiento poblacional, factores económicos, acciones de la competencia, comportamiento histórico de ventas, estrategias de las marcas, características del mercado y detección de nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento
- Elaborar el Sales and Key Account Plan anual con el fin de asegurar los objetivos anuales de negocio
- Incluye el desarrollo, negociación, acuerdos del JBP (Joint Business Plan) con los clientes
- Establecer las metas de ventas por territorio a fin de que estas sean detalladas posteriormente por el KAM, Sales Executive y los clientes para tener claridad de cómo se alcanzarán las metas y evaluar el desempeño de cada miembro de su equipo
- Mantener una relación efectiva con clientes estratégicos, por medio de visitas y revisiones de negocio periódicas, con la finalidad de generar una relación comercial mutuamente beneficiosa para la Compañía
- Elaborar y controlar en conjunto con los Brand Managers y Trade Marketing Manager el presupuesto de Trade Allowances y Trade Promotions, mediante el análisis y seguimiento de planes promocionales, con el fin de cumplir el plan estratégico
- Analizar el comportamiento del mercado con el fin de retroalimentar el proceso de planificación y ejecución (IBP) continuamente
- Evaluar el impacto en las ventas en relación a la ejecución promocional, con el propósito de detectar buenas prácticas u oportunidades de mejora
- Evaluar constantemente los métodos y procedimientos de trabajo en el área de ventas, mediante el análisis de controles y procedimiento, con el fin de asegurar su óptimo funcionamiento y que estén en concordancia con las políticas de control interno
- Planificar, ejecutar y controlar el presupuesto operativo del departamento de ventas
- Dar seguimiento mensual a los objetivos de Ventas, Business Plan y Gross Profit**REQUERIMIENTOS**:
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en puestos similares, gerencias comerciales, gerentes de ventas nacionales o lider de líderes en el sector comercial. Estudios de post grado en Administración de Empresas, Ingenieria Industrial, Economia, Marketing, Finanzas o afines. Deseable Maestría relacionada. Manejo de inglés avanzado**HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS**:
