Job Description And ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Manager (SM) is a field sales position within our growing CARCAM team. The SM will help drive the expansion of Visa Merchant Sales business into specific merchant at the CARCAM market. This role is responsible for develop a strong relationship with the managed accounts, detect business opoortunities and deploy the business initiatives defined on the annual account plan for the merchant. The Sales Manager will work closely with other Visa teams to offer a set of payment solutions to the defined accounts.Job ScopeIdentify, drive development, manage the sales process and close new businesses with the defined accountsEffectively lead revenue generation while meeting the account strategic business objectivesDesign and execute campaigns to increase the number of cardholders or their spend thorugh the customer life cycle.Provide market expertise to properly identify, qualify, and create account plansMeet and exceed challenging quarterly sales goalsEstablish and expand relationships with the defined accounts at all levelsActively contribute to the evolving business and product strategyAid in the completion and presentation of RFPs and RFIs.Work closely with our Product Management team to maintain technical and functional knowledge of existing and new productsThis is a hybrid position.
Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.Preferred Qualifications6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD - Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 2-5+ years of B2B enterprise software or technology sales experience selling to large companies through direct and indirect channels
- Previous experience in the eCommerce, merchant and payment industriesAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
