**Descripción General**Apoyar la actividad comercial por medio de análisis de datos, elaboración de informes y presentaciones comerciales, y apoyo en la gestión de información en los sistemas informáticos de la compañía. Colaborar con los KAM´s y clientes en los análisis de viabilidad, realizar análisis e informes que apoyen la consecución de los resultados del equipo comercial, así como cualquier actividad que contribuya al alcance de los objetivos y pronósticos de ventas.**Descripción de Funciones y/o Responsabilidades del Cargo**:
- Elaboración de reportes mensuales, trimestrales y anuales de actividad comercial y seguimiento a KPIs indicados por la Gerencia Comercial. Apoyo en acopio de información, cálculo de proyecciones sobre indicadores comerciales y elaboración de presentaciones indicadas por la Gerencia Comercial. Primer punto de soporte para dudas de procesos de los diferentes sistemas y plataformas utilizados por la empresa (CRM, Phoenix, PBI, etc.). Canalizar y dar seguimiento a incidencias relacionadas con los sistemas. Apoyo en la consolidación de la información para la preparación de presupuesto del área comercial. Actualización del archivo de órdenes de alta y facturación de servicios. Proveer información para el proceso de evaluaciones de riesgo acorde con las políticas de la compañía;
- Apoyar a los KAMs en la conciliación de la facturación mensual de los principales clientes. Mantener actualizados en CRM los listados de precios de venta de acuerdo con las políticas comerciales del país. Mantener actualizadas las matrices de cuentas asignadas a cada KAM. Generación de informe semanal para funnel de ventas, destacando oportunidades más probables y perdidas. Apoyo administrativo al equipo de ventas, ingreso de ofertas al CRM, solicitudes de viabilidades, etc. Apoyo a los KAMs durante periodos de ausencia por vacaciones, permisos de maternidad o ausencias. Control de las comisiones mensuales del área comercial. Identificar, analizar potenciales causas de propuestas perdidas y recomendar acciones en conjunto con cada KAM responsable de la cuenta. Mantener actualizados los archivos de Contratos de todos los clientes, así como las SOF/Anexos de cada servicio que se adjudique.**Competencias**:
- Educación: Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Comercial, Sistemas, Inform
- tica, o similar. Formación técnica deseable para el cargo: Alto nível de ofimática (Excel, Power Point, etc.). Experiência previa en manejo de sistemas de CRM, Sales Force o similar. Idiomas: Inglés intermedio. Experiência: 3 años de experiência como Asistente de Ventas, Asistente de Gerencia o en áreas de Servicio al Cliente. Habilidades: alta capacidad de análisis de datos e información, resolución de problemas, capacidad de impacto en influencia en otros, habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, trabajo en equipo, trabajo bajo presión, orientación de servicio al cliente.
