Ejecutar la Estrategia de Marca de Mercado Asegura que la ejecución de las estrategias sea consistente en todos puntos de venta con los planes aprobados siguiendo la inversión detrás de las prioridades globales. Asegurar que la marca esté bien posicionada en todos los países de LADMAR (Centroamérica, Bolivia, Paraguay, Ecuador, Uruguay), alineando la estrategia de marca, implementándola de manera impecable y logrando objetivos locales. Establecer los objetivos de la marca de acuerdo con la dirección de los KPI de la marca proporcionada en la Estrategia Global de la Marca Impulsar la alineación con los departamentos y categorías, funcionales y el equipo de Comunicaciones de Marca para facilitar la ejecución de las iniciativas de marketing Liderar todos los temas de comunicación e implementación de categoría relacionados con el país para maximizar la voz de la marca y garantizar que las oportunidades de categoría se aprovechen al máximo. Garantizar un ritmo operativo y una comunicación fluida y eficiente con los equipos de comunicación de marca de Impulsar la ejecución de todas las campañas de comunicación, Desarrollar líderes y gestionar talentos para hacer crecer los talentos desde dentro y capacitar a los futuros sucesores. Generar un marco de desempeño para establecer expectativas claras con el equipo. Administrar recursos internos y / o externos para crear herramientas de marketing, previamente alineadas con el mercado

**Requisitos**:
Nível de inglés avanzado (indispensable) 3 años de experiência en Comunicación de Marca o Activación de Marca. Se requiere un mínimo de 1 año de experiência en gestión de equipos Manejo de office, Excel, PPT (Súper MUST), hay muchas presentaciones. Grado universitario en Marketing, Trade marketing, Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Diseño gráfico, Publicidad, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o campo relacionado.
