Management Support Group is a Panamanian business that provides back office and customer service support to renowned American companies that specialize in the area of health insurance. We are currently looking for career-minded individuals, who are eager to start or continue their careers in a professional office environment. This position includes performing outbound welcome calls to our members, handling inbound customer service calls, and uploading documents into our database, as well as conducting due diligence in verifying the accuracy of the data entered in the system.
**Qualifications**:
Aged 18 years and over.
Intermediate to Advanced English (Speech and Writing)
Customer Service skills
Tech savvy (intermediate computer knowledge)
Detail oriented and organized
Mon-Fri
