You are business and digitally savvy, never losing sight of the consumer as you work cross culturally to implement practical tools to raise the individual and collective game of our Primos across the globe.You have to be creative and outcome focused, provide the team with new ideas and inspire them to change the status quo and embrace innovation and brilliant execution.You also have to be interested in growing as a person, always being open-minded, ready for feed-back and to learn from others, transparent & honest.You need to be ambitious to drive Bacardi worldwide Responsibilities WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BEDesign & deploy the regional talent strategy that is tightly linked to our BEST10 ambitions, our Purpose and Cultural Pillars, while delivering against the capability and development priorities of your key clients.Successfully embed talent solutions that are effective in preparing our Primos to be their Best in delivering the BEST10 for Bacardi.Build implementation plans that help HR Business Partners and Line Leaders quickly leverage the talent solutions to impact positively business results and the Primo experienceCoach and support our Primos to unlock their purpose, enhance their performance and deliver against their potentialCultivate a culture of belonging, wellbeing and growth through the championing and deployment of key global and local initiativesLead the delivery of our strategic development programs, team and executive coaching work.Build a pipeline of next generation leaders who will amplify our culture and deliver the next best 10.
