**Drive the Talent plan for Pandora**

In this position, you will lead the Talent plan for Latin America to ensure the supply of diverse talent in the organisation. In alignment with the Global guidelines, you will coordinate, execute and manage all Talent, Leadership and Learning Development activities. You will define, plan and implement the necessary activities in order to enhance our employees’ talent, skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.

In this role, you will be accountable for the development and execution of talent plans for each function driving key talent activities, including talent assessment, succession, diversity and inclusion, leadership, team building, culture and capability building. You will build, plan and lead activities to engage employees and evolve Pandora’s company culture. You will work closely with the business and actively collaborate in order to identify talent needs, succession plans, leadership and development needs.

You will act as a business partner with HR teams, sharing best practices related to the specific areas of responsibility. You will deliver learning culture and activity in support of performance outcomes, and you will facilitate and deliver face to face sessions for employees at all levels. You will also regularly assess Talent and Development activities to ensure their effectiveness and success at achieving desired outcomes. Additional key accountabilities include:
- Support employee development requirements for the wider employee base deploying global concepts/tools- Ensure the planning, implementation, supervision, evaluation, and improvement of all Talent activities- Propose, design, develop, launch and evaluate all the global functions Talent and Learning Development projects (e.g. People Management, Performance Appraisal, Leadership, Coaching, etc.)- Support and execute all talent related processes, i.e. the annual implementation of the employees’ appraisal process, talent assessment reviews, succession, development needs- Lead process and systems improvement where needed (e.g. Learning and Induction, Talent Tools)- Ensure that statutory Talent and Development requirements are met for Global Office functions- Manage internal and external reporting, providing the necessary reporting/documentation and accurate database maintenance

Adding to the above, we hope you have or can demonstrate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Talent role- Solid experience within at least one of the following areas: Talent, Succession, Leadership, Assessment, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture, Performance- Project management experience- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within HR, Communication, Psychology, Retail, Business Administration/Management- Preferably experience within an international retail and/or branded consumer goods organisation- Excellent demonstrated knowledge of Talent best practices- Familiarity with traditional and modern development methods of Talent Assessment, Selection, Development, Succession, Diversity & Inclusion and Leadership- Good organization and planning skills to effectively manage multiple projects and training activities- English, written and spoken
