**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

Lead strategic organization cost management for LATAM, including budget planning and performance tracking, as well as driving productivity and process improvements.

**You are responsible for**
- Controllership and productivity lead LATAM Cost of organization, EUR 165MM p.y. budget.
- Leading and coordinating annual operating plans as well as quarterly budget forecasts, as well as monthly performance/KPI tracking and GAP analysis.
- Co-lead productivity efforts targeting >EUR 5MM savings per year
- Co-leading a multi-cultural team across different time zones, supporting a highly complex region with >21 Org. reporting units and 10 different countries.
- Support the design and implementation of head count cost planning tools/processes for >1.6K full time positions.
- Support regional leadership team in cost-related organization decision making (managing sensitive data), modelling and planning.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
- Rounded financial experience +10 years, with solid knowledge of FP&A/Business Partner and accounting processes, ideally with cost/budget management.
- Bachelor or master’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering and (or) related field.
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to operate in a dynamic/complex environment.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English (written - oral) is also a plus.
- Stakeholder management (at various levels of the organization).
- Finance/Accounting systems knowledge/experience is a plus [Advanced skills in Excel, basic ERP (SAP preferred].
- Driven, curious, and flexible; adaptability to work under pressure.
