Manage daily commercial activities with distributors and wholesale customers. Negotiate and solve problems with the client, always keeping line manager well informed. Follow department guidelines to maximize main order, all sales, repeat sales inclusive. Maintain in-depth knowledge about the market and strategic guidelines for the brand and its products.

Maintain and organize all sales related processes for assigned accounts. Partner with the involved departments responsible for deliveries, dispatches and collections. Make sure brand image and presentation are appropriate at all sales points Responsible for conducting sales analysis and sales staff inclusive. Responsible for the presentation of new collections to new clients.

**Customer Service expertise**: Monitor sell-in and sell-out of the accounts with focus on repeat orders and a healthy business. Entering orders into the system, organize and deliver required sales support files in a timely manner. Collaborate with marketing department, support planning & execution of activities within brandguidelines. Secure an appropriate display of the brand in each of the doors where ECCO is present.

Ensure Master Data maintenance of the customers. Follow up on the entire sales process from the ordering through dispatch and payment. Communication Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders within customer portfolio. Develop internal relationships with Operations, Finance & Marketing teams.

Ensure fluid communication with direct manager to anticipate and secure business development. Businessdevelopment: Ensure that the client executes the brand correctly within their respective markets. Grow and develop the independent customer portfolio. Align with the marketing department initiatives & activities that promote increased sales with the Wholesale accounts and distributors.

Product understanding and knowledge Continually develop knowledge base in all product areas & associated technologies including other brands. Brand understanding Have a thorough knowledge of the brand history, strategy & future direction. Be confident & informed in communicating brand strategy to external customers. If you haveBachelor Degree in Business, Sales Administration or related field.

2+ years of experience in a global retail company preferred. Customer service experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to exchange information with others clearly and concisely. Strong presentation skills and the ability to respond to questions from internal and external customers.

Solution minded. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to read, write and speak Spanish & English at a proficient level. Ability to travel up to 20% both domestic and internationally.
