The Position As Demand Planner you will be based in Panam, being responsible for demand forecasting and planning in the whole cluster ( Central America, Caribbean, Ecuador, Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru and Bolivia). You will also play a key role for key operational processes as the S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) to guarantee the right stock levels, as well as the placement and execution of timely production orders. You are also expected to interact with other functions across the affiliate as you in this role will act as link between areas as Finance, Commercial Excellence and Sales. Most important: you will play a fundamental role ensuring product availability for our patients

**The main responsibilities are**: Design and generate weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports and analysis. Participate in the S&OP process, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals. Continuously improving forecasting techniques, methods, and approaches. Responsible to maintain and improve Forecast Accuracy metrics for CLAT cluster.

Measure the impact of forecast accuracy. Conduct current and future capacity forecasting analysis, ensuring forecasting processes and methods are followed. Establish and improve best methods in creating forecasts and respective inventory targets. Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.

Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels) that are approved by management. Monitor and assure correct SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) usage considering multiple-country registrations. Proactively facilitating best practices & consensus between functional stakeholders as Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Supply, Business Units and Commercial Excellence. Design, gather and report necessary Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) metrics to improve operational performance.

Proactively maintain planning system forecast. Lead or support continuous improvement projects. Be part of the digitalization journey in the area. Qualifications You have a bachelor's degree and is an experienced Demand Planner, managing reports, logistics, warehousing, regulatory affairs, distribution and doing demand planning.

You have excellent command over both written and spoken in English and Spanish. You candeal with different stakeholders, personal drive with a can-do attitude, showing proactive thinking and supporting a transformational environment to build the best-in-class demand plan.
