The Finance Business Partner Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and providing financial and business analyses and supporting the business through generating financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, investments, and consolidations. The BUF FA is expected to provide both financial and strategic business leadership and communicate effectively with senior management & cross-functional business partners. This role is pivotal in helping to lead the business by way of evaluating sales and marketing investment opportunities for growth, collaborating cross functionally to evaluate pipeline innovation opportunities, and managing financial commitments with accountability for the end-to-end P&L.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Lead and support Business Plan, Stretch Goal and Other plan updates (MU, JU, and NU) process for the country. Sales Forecasting and results tracking and commentary. PL17 sales forecasting. TM1 reporting. Communicate potential risks or opportunities for meeting expected results and propose recommendations and solutions.
- Conducts financial, accounting or planning analyses and ensure action plans are taken and implemented to fulfill financial commitments of the countries.
- Sales and Brand Marketing Expense Management.
- CAPEX control over execution, administration and return. Support Investment Cases End to End (case build, commercial and financial validation, execution, tracking)
- Close responsibilities (sales analysis, journal entries, and balance sheet account reconciliations, SOX controls).
- Monthly S&OP Reviews. Actively participate in the S&OP planning (project Clearview) reviewing with Supply Chain and Commercial teams the demand forecast per Franchise/Platform
- Country to identify potential gaps and propose mitigation plans. - Gross Profit and Price Volume analysis.
- Lead and implement automated tools to minimize workload and time for financial reports. Partner effectively with other Finance colleagues, our FP&A COE partners and other countries to drive standardization & efficiencies.
- Provides leadership on cross functional teams, presentations to finance and functional senior management.
- Foster an environment of teamwork, innovation and sharing of ideas, always act with Credo values in mind

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree is required, major in finance or accounting is preferred.
- A CPA, CMA, MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of finance, accounting and/or business-related experience is required.
- Ability to understand sales / consumptions / share trend is preferred.
- Experience providing support to sales/commercial/marketing departments is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing and analytical skills are required.
- Ability to partner with people at all levels of the organization is required.
- Flexible and proactive approach; ability to cope with a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Curious mindset and eager to learn.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills to include pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and formulas is required.
- Experience working with SAP, TM1, and/or Blackline is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (Fluent: writing, reading and speaking).

This position will be based in Panamá City, Panama or Bogota, Colombia and may require up to 10% domestic travel.
