- Incrementar disponibilidad para visitas a terreno de Ingenieros de Ventas.
- Mejorar reportes
**Responsabilidades**:
- Manejo de listas de precios.
- Evaluar precios de venta (cotizaciones) con gerencia e ing. ventas.
- Preparar ofertas comerciales en SAP.
- Verificar procesos de autorizaciones para cotizar (según Matrix)
- Seguimiento de ofertas.
- Recibir órdenes de compra.
- Verificar correspondencia entre oferta y ordenes de compra.
- Verificar términos comerciales y logísticos.
- Cargar ordenes de compra a SAP.
- Activar proceso de aprobaciones según indicado en la Matriz de aprobaciones y políticas para países sensibles.
- Activar procesos de registro de nuevos Clientes.
- Apoyar el Departamento de Finanzas en las cobranzas. Administrar novedades Cliente en SAP (fechas de entrega, modificación de ordenes). Trabajo que se realiza en coordinación con logística.
- Alimentar Planner con datos ventas en curso y presupuestales.
- Semanalmente verificar estado cotizaciones entregadas.
