**Día a día del Network Support Engineer**: - Atender incidencias ocasionadas a nível de nuestro Cloud Services y base instalada en OnPremise, dando respuesta inmediata ante cualquier situación que genere perdida del sistema al cliente. Ayudar a identificar la causa raíz del problema entre las distintas capas y buscar maneras de evitar que suceda. Atención y seguimiento de solicitudes asignadas, internas (de parte del equipo de TopManage) o externas (cliente). Canalizar los requerimientos y solicitudes a los departamentos correspondientes en caso de que sea requerido. Prestar apoyo a otros miembros del equipo. Seguimiento de los avances de cada solicitud y llevar a cabo las actividades pactadas con el cliente.**Top 5 ADN de Network Support Engineer**: + Comunicatividad + Team Player + Iniciativa + Pensamiento Lógico + Adaptabilidad**El Network Support Engineer debe tener**: - Buena comunicación oral y escrita. - Administración de motor de base de datos. Conocimiento de Linux a nível de terminal. Administrador de sistema operativo de servidores. Manejo de WebServer. Instalación y administración. Inglés**Conocimiento tecnológico deseado**:
- Consultas avanzadas de SQL. Experiência en administración de plataformas Cloud. Troubleshooting de Hardware. Experiência en soporte de software a nível de mantenimiento, instalación y resolución de problemas. Experiência en el uso de ERP's (SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage o similares). Experiência en el uso de Windows Server, Suse Enterprise Linux, SQL Server, HANA.
