We are seeking an Installation Permit Coordinator to join our team at Sagan, a leading membership community for top executives and CEOs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing installation schedules, handling permit applications, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Permit Application Management: Prepare and submit permit applications to relevant agencies in a timely manner.
  • Installation Coordination: Coordinate installation appointments with clients and technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Status Tracking: Monitor permit statuses and address any issues or delays to minimize project downtime.
  • Project Updates: Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams through regular status reports.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized records of permits and installation documentation for easy reference.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in permitting, scheduling, or administrative coordination is essential.
