Job Overview

We are seeking a Permit Processing Officer to join our team at Sagan. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating installation schedules, handling permit applications, and ensuring projects comply with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Installation Appointments: Work closely with clients and technicians to schedule installations and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and Submit Permit Applications: Accurately complete and submit permit applications to relevant authorities.
  • Track Permit Statuses: Monitor permit progress and address any issues or delays in a timely manner.
  • Communicate Project Updates: Effectively communicate project updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain Organized Records: Keep accurate records of permits and installation documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in permitting, scheduling, or administrative coordination.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with local building codes and permit processes.
Requirements:
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
