Administrative Assistant - Citizen Security and Law Enforcement Specialist

ATSG Corporation is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Central America Regional Security Initiative (CARSI) in Panama City, Panama. The successful candidate will join our team and enhance our partnership with the U.S. Department of State (DOS) Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) on this critical initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CARSI team, including coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the ATSG team to ensure effective communication and coordination with the DOS and INL.
  • Support the collection and analysis of data to inform project decisions and outcomes.
Requirements
  • U.S. citizen, TCN, or LN.
  • MRPT certification or RSO Clearance for foreign nationals.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • FSI Level 3/3, English.
  • FSI Level 4/4, Spanish.
  • At least five (5) years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and Power Point, and the ability to learn new software, as required.
