Customer Service Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Training Specialist to join our team at iQor. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer service representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training curricula that align with iQor's customer service philosophy and business objectives.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- At least 1 year of experience in call center training or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
