About the Role

As a Customer Service Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that meet the evolving needs of our customers and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, incorporating best practices and adult learning principles.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant feedback, and evaluation results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service training or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, human resources) preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
