Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Airline Industry Training and Support Specialist to join our team at Travel Technology Interactive. This role is responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring seamless product adoption, and delivering tailored training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ticket Management: Log customer requests in our internal tool and escalate technical questions to the development team as needed.
  • Training Delivery: Prepare and customize training schedules and documentation to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Travel Support: Provide on-site or remote training to users, as well as support during product launches with new clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Strong experience in the airline/travel industry, preferably with GDS/DCS knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong presentation skills in both languages.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse audiences and travel internationally (approximately 20% of the time).
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $**60,000-$80,000**, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
