Airline Industry Training and Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Airline Industry Training and Support Specialist to join our team at Travel Technology Interactive. This role is responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring seamless product adoption, and delivering tailored training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Ticket Management: Log customer requests in our internal tool and escalate technical questions to the development team as needed.
- Training Delivery: Prepare and customize training schedules and documentation to meet client needs and expectations.
- Travel Support: Provide on-site or remote training to users, as well as support during product launches with new clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Strong experience in the airline/travel industry, preferably with GDS/DCS knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong presentation skills in both languages.
- Ability to adapt to diverse audiences and travel internationally (approximately 20% of the time).
The estimated annual salary for this position is $**60,000-$80,000**, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
