">The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our scaffolding business in the region, focusing on sales strategy and development, market positioning, and operational leadership. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will require:

- At least 10 years of sales and management experience in scaffolding, preferably in the Latin American region">
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience">
- Technical sales experience in oil & gas or similar industrial businesses or segments">
- Strong understanding of scaffolding systems and standards, ideally Ringlock systems">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders">
- Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook">
