Your Role as Performance Media Specialist

You will be part of Pandora Latin America & Asia Pacific Team, an international organization of can-do spirited, passionate, and performance-driven people. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Daily monitoring of media performance, traffic, investment, conversion, and possible adjustments
  • Channel analysis and weekly e-commerce performance reports
  • Briefing and reviewing paid search campaigns, social media advertising, affiliate media, and retargeting
  • Communicating regular metrics and findings from campaigns and analyzing performance, insights, blockers, and areas of opportunity
  • Supporting the e-commerce team in SEO initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • +3 years experience in Marketing, Consumer Insights, Data engineering
  • Mastery of performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, Average Ticket, CAC, LTV); Mastery of digital media
  • Google Ads, Meta, Search Console expertise
  • Training in Communication (marketing, advertising, journalism or other)
  • Knowledge in campaigns with affiliate platforms and retargeting; Knowledge in Excel, Google Sheets or any Analytical tool like Looker, Power BI, Adobe Analytics
  • Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager knowledge
  • Excellent communication in English and Spanish
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner
