About the Role

  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team, responsible for making outbound sales calls, qualifying potential clients, and setting appointments for our Account Executives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activities
  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to businesses, connecting with key decision-makers to present InVitro Capital's innovative products and solutions.
  • Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings, generating high-quality leads.
  • Set appointments and schedule demos for our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition for potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations Manager to refine outbound sales messaging and strategies, driving appointment-setting initiatives.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in remote outreach methods such as cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.
  • Strong empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Proven lead generation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Persistence and resilience in overcoming objections.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and other sales technologies.
  • Clear understanding of the US market.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
