Outbound Sales Development Representative

Yalent is seeking a Remote Sales Development Representative for our client, InVitro Capital, a venture studio focused on building and scaling AI-powered companies to solve challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This role is ideal for candidates based in Panama with experience in B2B sales. You will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, qualifying potential clients, and connecting them with innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
This role is a remote role and our working hours: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to businesses, connecting with key decision-makers to present InVitro Capital innovative products and solutions.
- Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings, generating high-quality leads.
- Set appointments and schedule demos for our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition for potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations Manager to refine outbound sales messaging and strategies, driving appointment-setting initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and effective follow-up.
- Stay focused on meeting and exceeding appointment-setting targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide feedback from outbound sales activities to inform marketing and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs.
- Develop effective email sequences and outreach strategies to maximize appointment opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in remote outreach methods such as cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.
- Strong empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Proven lead generation skills.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.
- Persistence and resilience in overcoming objections.
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening capabilities.
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and other sales technologies.
- Clear understanding of the US market.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
