About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Panama. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support to clients via telephone, email, and remote diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Level 1 problems with personal computers hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Respond to user requests regarding computer systems, acknowledging receipt of all requests within defined service levels.
- Initiate service orders (tickets) for user requests, assisting users as necessary to provide appropriate information.
- Maintain user information and documentation, ensuring seamless communication with the user community.
- Deliver results in support of achieving the organization's Service Level Agreements.
Requirements
- Basic troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of network, server, and desktop administration principles.
- Excellent customer service techniques and communication skills.
- Ability to physically perform general office requirements and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
