As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Client Success team and ensuring the seamless operation of PX's Platform. Reporting to the Senior Director of Client Success, you will be responsible for various administrative and organizational tasks, as well as facilitating communication between internal teams and clients. This entry-level position requires a blend of technology proficiency, organizational skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist Client Success Managers with preparation of quarterly business reviews, pitch decks and other client facing material
- Manage internal technology administration and organizational tasks for the Client Success team.
- Utilize APIs and platform knowledge to identify and address gaps in processes.
- Coordinate internal project execution and communication, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Build relationships with the Client Success team and other departments to understand the organization's workflow and potential issues.
- Assist in the coordination of new product launches and ensure alignment with the Supply side team.
- Handle campaign-related requests and facilitate communication between clients and the Client Success team.
- Take on special projects as needed to support Client Success initiatives.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital, online, or MarTech environment.
- Excellent PowerPoint and design skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment.
**Desired**:
- Familiarity with APIs and CRM tools.
- Experience with platforms like Zoho CRM, Zendesk, Gainsight, Trello (preferred but not required).
