Achieve sales objectives of the assigned territory with respect to the objective of the channel. Perform the administrative work of the account which includes: request for credit notes, rebates, or supports, monitoring and maintenance of the current account.
Ensure compliance with credit policies established by the company. Make visits to the field to monitor competition activities and inform the team commercial, identify opportunities and transfer them to the commercial team for the development of strategies that respond to competitive changes in the market. Maintain proactive communication with the client to present samples, registrations and necessary stationery about new products; Inform and implement price changes. Customer inventory management, from ordering (where apply) based on levels of client inventory, the monitoring of its delivery, and then ensure the supply of products in the store, both in the shelf and in the exhibitions additional out of shelf.
Analyze information generated through statistics to make assertive decisions that they benefit the company and the client, such as promotional plans, negotiation and monitoring of growth, programming and offering planning plans for each client, preparation of the Joint Business Plan (JBP). Manage communication with both the client, through periodic meetings and top to TOP (T2T), Business Review, Negotiation and Monitoring of the Joint Business Planning, Plans commercial and promotional etc.; as with the company's outsourcing, communicating client strategies and negotiations during periodic meetings with the team of merchandise and supervisors, monitoring the solution of specific problems of the different formats; and finally with Catman (where applied) to ensure the implementation of planimetry strategies. Monitor the performance of each team member (when apply) through the process of PM & D (Performance Management and Development). Give timely advice and feedback for the development of your staff and achievement of business objectives, ensuring that all team members are clear about their position and promoting teamwork to ensure results motivated to results.
Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, etc. 1-2 years of experience in the commercial area. Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Office Suite, Google Suites and Excel. Intermediate English level Desirable Requirements Previous experience in consumer goods Previous experience with the direct trade Knowledge of SAP #LI-Onsite
