**Position Overview**

The learning operations Analyst serves as learning curator for the ELC learning hub and provides High touch service to all learners globally. This positions partners closely with the Enterprise learning and development team to ensure excellence in execution for all training program launches

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manages cases with speed and accuracy, whilst ensuring data integrity
- Understands scope of services and escalates items to others as defined
- Serves as Learning Curator for the ELC Learning Hub providing programmatic support using high-touch service
- Receives request form and provides to L3 in a timely manner practicing high-touch service for all employees
- Uploads content to the ELC Learning Hub to satisfy global and local training requests
- Executes UAT testing in the Pilot environment of the ELC Learning Hub to ensure learning objects work seamlessly on the platform
- Supports Enterprise L&D, content owners and Global Communications to deploy mandatory and non-mandatory training using high-touch service
- Other duties as assigned related to learning operations

**Qualifications**
- Previous learning & development and customer service experience preferred
- 1+ Years of experience in learning management systems preferred
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Excellent customer service focus and manner
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and solve problems in a timely manner
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to build relationships and effectively connect with others
- Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail in work
- Intermediate Power Point, Excel and Word skills
- Ability to handle multiple requests in a timely manner
