**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- years of experience in human resources management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
