PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION

Lead implementation and optimization of campaign content to drive Sales, NPS, Brand Awareness, Consumer Acquisition & Retention across own and wholesale digital channels.

Deliver a consumer experience that is:

- PERSONALISED: delivering the right message to the right audience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct the team in maintaing digital activation seasonal category content calendars using business designated calendar tools. Includes commercial initiatives - sale, Black Friday / Cyber Monday, holiday, etc.
- Lead the digital activation category content publication processes, with a remit to socialize the process, input into the Digital Campaign Standard in terms of sharing best practices and roll out process changes.
- Lead creation process of engaging digital content for online, app and consumer engagement
- Oversee team management of campaign assets and external agencies/internal design team.
- Interface with Digital Planning, Consumer Engagement, Countries, Analytics, Media Activation, Newsroom, BUs, Retail Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure collaboration.
- Work with eCommerce, including Consumer Experience, Buying & Planning and Planning & In-season Trading, to ensure business needs are effectively supported.
- Contribute to and have joint responsibility for the delivery of the adidas digital ecosystem KPIs.
- Based on business needs and consumer insight, implement non-concept in-season reactive marketing activity and in-campaign optimization processes, considering the overall LAM activation calendar and in close collaboration with Planning and Consumer Engagement.
- Lead the escalation path in support to the team on encountered rockblocks.
- People management: Coaching and Development, Hiring, Promote Test and Learn culture. Live the Leadership Framework. Provide leadership alongside the fellow Category Digital Planning, Content & functional Consumer Engagement Heads as key member of the Digital Activation Planning head’s management team.
- Special projects; support as needed.

Global and Latin America Marketing (Business Units), Brand Activation, Media, eCom, Digital Brand Commerce teams (Creative Services, Content, Campaign Delivery, Brand Publishing, Calendar), Digital Content, Consumer Engagement, Newsrooms, DTC CTC product buying+planning, Analytics.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
- Distinctive strategic mindset and ability to prioritize and delegate high numbers of tasks with varying workload and importance
- Proven working experience in digital content creation with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of digital channels.
- Affinity with the Brand Marketing content delivery needs, solutions and processes
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Distinctive strategic mindset and ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
- Comprehensive understanding of digital brand and commercial KPIs and drivers of the eCom business.
- Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
- Fluent in English and Spanish both verbally and written. Portuguese a plus.
- Ability to understand consumer behavior across the entire digital landscape
- High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
- Strong leadership skills
- Broad understanding and passion for the sports and/or entertainment industry.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Four year college or university degree preferably in a Marketing discipline
- 5 years + broad marketing/digital experience with exposure to global clients and a mix of agency and brand-side experiences
- 1+ years + experience managing teams
