El Agente de Servicio al Cliente - Enrutamiento es responsable de gestionar de manera eficiente las solicitudes de los clientes, asegurando que las consultas y problemas sean dirigidos al departamento o equipo correcto.
Este rol requiere un enfoque orientado al detalle, habilidades excepcionales de comunicación, y la capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas en un entorno dinámico.
El objetivo principal es garantizar que los clientes reciban asistencia precisa y oportuna, mejorando así la experiência del cliente.
**Requisitos**:

- Estudios en Logística y Transporte Multimodal, y carreras a fines.
- Experiência demostrable de más de 3 años en trabajos similares.
- Dominio completo de la Importación y Exportación en el área de la Logística
- Conocimiento del manejo de DMC, LOGISUITE, ETC
- Resolver problemas y conflictos
- Conocimiento de LCL, FCL, Aéreo, Terrestre
- Domino de la Importación y Exportación, carga consolidada.
- Conocimiento en la confección de DMC de entradas, Compartidos, salidas y Traslados según las solicitudes de los clientes.
- Idioma Inglés (Intermedio
- Avanzado)
- Colaboración interna y Comunicación: Recibir instrucciones de Vendedores y Agentes.
- Gestión de Consultas y seguimiento: atender las necesidades del cliente de manera efectiva.
- Gestión de Información: registrar todo en el sistema.
