**Job Description:**:**Job Duties**:
Drive enterprise growth through representing and/or deploying the full suite of Caterpillar’s world class digital solutions with our enterprise, industry and/or Dealer partners. Consult with appropriate partners and/or drive collaboration/deployment of digital capabilities globally, focusing on delivering customer and business value as defined in a variety of ways, typically in the form of online leads, attributable sales, parts sales and support activities - the full customer lifecycle. Build strong understanding of the marketing and business objectives of multiple business units, industry groups, Dealers and/or Suppliers and determine how, when and where capabilities can be best utilized to drive value.

Digital Dealer Specialist 2 typically leads and/or deploys 6+ digital capabilities (or equivalent based on size, scope and complexity) with strategic and technical understanding of all capabilities for the region/s they support. This role may provide dedicated focus to high impact or complex capabilities, industries, regions and/or projects.

Consults/deploys with appropriate business unit, industry group and/or Dealer contacts to drive digital execution within the framework of enterprise tools, processes and strategies. Drives appropriate engagement within various levels of the dealership and internal industry groups, digital team members, capability owners, data owners and analytics in order to understand the full suite of capabilities, integration points and deployment status. Enables multiple digital projects and activities to identify linkages and synergies across business units, industries and/or Dealers.

Manages proper collaboration, coordination, training, communication and alignment among related areas, projects and strategies within the team and with internal and/or Dealer partners. Drives and builds digital awareness through communication and identity programs in global regions and multiple business units, industry groups and/or Dealers.

Confronts complex issues and problems that require careful analysis and diagnosis and bring the necessary experts together to execute solutions. Applies interactions and experiences with digital capabilities to develop expertise and demonstrate strong digital acumen when communicating with partners and stakeholders.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree
- 8 plus years of job-related experience, typically in Information technology, digital technology, and communications.
- Pre-Advanced English
- Good communication skills; ability to partner, build relationships, drive accountability; influence; team-work;
- E- Commerce work related experience.
- Spanish and Portuguese.
- Deep knowledge of current digital capabilities and thorough understanding of the integration points.
- The ability to demonstrate digital capabilities and some product support experience is desired

**Travel and Territory**:
Moderate travel required (up to 30% of working time)

ISE assignment is NOT available for this position.
