Founded by former Big 4 (EY) professionals, we deliver next-generation audit services across SOC 2, ISO **, PCI DSS (QSA), HITRUST, CMMC (C3PAO), and FedRAMP (3PAO) frameworks.We're not your traditional audit firm — we're tech-enabled, leveraging compliance automation and advanced collaboration tools to make audits faster, smarter, and more impactful for our clients.Recognized on the Inc. ** and Fast 50 lists, Insight Assurance is one of the fastest-growing global audit firms, with 170+ professionals supporting nearly 2,000 clients across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.Position Purpose Provide direct executive and administrative support to the General Manager of IAG S. de R.L., ensuring the operational efficiency of the office, proper organization of corporate activities, and effective management of documentation, administrative processes, and internal and external communications.Main Responsibilities Coordinate the General Manager's schedule, meetings, travel, and commitments.Manage internal and external correspondence and communications on behalf of management.Prepare minutes, executive reports, presentations, and confidential documentation.Oversee the general operation of the office (services, supplies, maintenance, vendors).
Support basic administrative and financial processes (quotations, payments, petty cash, reimbursements).
Assist in the organization of corporate events, team meetings, and international visits.Maintain updated physical and digital records in accordance with document control policies.Coordinate basic human resources activities such as attendance, vacations, and internal requests.Act as a liaison between the General Management and other operational and corporate departments.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields.Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar executive or administrative assistant roles.Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, shared calendars).
