Les spécialistes de l'administration de la propriété jouent un rôle important dans plusieurs fonctions vitales de l'hôtel. Dans nos hôtels, les spécialistes de l'administration de la propriété travaillent avec tous les services (p. ex., Services à la clientèle, Ingénierie, Restauration) pour soutenir les besoins administratifs. Que ce soit pour fournir un soutien administratif (p. ex., préparer des documents en utilisant un traitement de texte, un tableur, une base de données ou un logiciel de présentation), servir de point de contact aux clients et aux fournisseurs, ou agir en tant que liaison entre le bureau de vente et les clients tout au long du processus d'un événement (avant l'événement, pendant l'événement, après l'événement), nos spécialistes de l'administration de la propriété voient à ce que le travail soit fait. Ils sont essentiels pour assurer le bon fonctionnement dans tout l'hôtel.

Peu importe votre poste, certaines choses sont essentielles pour réussir - la création d'un lieu de travail sécuritaire, le respect des politiques et des procédures de la société, le respect des normes de qualité et veiller à ce que votre uniforme, votre apparence personnelle et vos communications soient professionnels. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec les autres employés et services ; s'unir et s'entraider afin d'atteindre les buts communs ; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Signaler les accidents, les blessures et les conditions de travail dangereuses au gestionnaire. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu'à 10 livres (4,5 kg) sans assistance. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. Atteindre les objets au-dessus de la tête et au-dessous des genoux, y compris se plier, faire des rotations du corps, tirer et se baisser. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
