Your Next Career Opportunity - Technical Commercial Manager This position will lead and manage the process associated with developing strategic sites in the country.


Strategic sites will include macro cells, small cells, and in-building solutions with a high potential for future tenants, providing the company with many compelling opportunities.

Duties include building relationships with clients, real estate developers, municipalities, and any other group that can provide potential locations or sites and management to ensure workflow is achieved and milestones are reached promptly.

What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities Sources Small Cells, In-Building Solutions, and new opportunities and deals in the market.

Actively lead in-market Small Cells and In-Building Solutions response processes.

Creates and builds relationships with senior levels of in-country operators.

Creates and builds relationships with management teams or authorities of real estate developers (malls, housing developments, industrial developments, office developers, hotels, etc.) and Municipalities.

Gathers carriers and market information to be utilized in pricing, build-out analysis, and to determine the feasibility of lease up on current inventory and in helping decide where new towers should be built.

Sources strategic locations, small cells, In building solutions, new opportunities, and deals in the market.


Coordinates with the local SBA office and SBA corporate to track and ensure the delivery of site information packages to maintain our high level of customer service.

Builds and maintains information on opportunities. Assists Country Manager with new market strategy and development. Builds and maintains strong and positive relationships with internal teams.

Provides input in preparing accurate financial models that meet SBA ́s investment criteria. Keeps customer information tracker and different SBA customer-related proprietary tools updated.

Communicates offers and negotiates contracts with real estate developers (malls, housing developments, industrial developments, office developers, hotels, etc.) & municipalities.

Directs and coordinates deployment meetings to facilitate the solutions of the development process.

Establishes and enforces SBA policies, regulations, and applicable laws. Resolves issues with outside vendors that have not been resolved on time. Reviews and communicate project results to Country Manager. Identifies opportunities in the market.

Supports the definition of new product/service concepts based on local market input and direct customer engagement. Supports local markets to adapt SBA products/services to customer/market-specific solutions. Supports Solutions team to identify local/regional competencies/suppliers for SBA products/services. Populates business case for proposed customer solutions and submits to Governance process for approval.

Facilitates the development of "Complementary" opportunities with local customers and stakeholders under the direction of Regional BD Managers. Facilitates engagement of local competencies and 3rd-party resources to deliver "Complementary" solutions to customers. Ensures CRM and internal reports remain up to date. Other projects and duties as assigned.
