JOB SUMMARY
- Representing the company Colgate Palmolive and managing client relationships with trust and respect.
- Marketing and developing the 5p's of product categories to boost sales profitably and enhance distribution and market shares.
- Assisting in preparing, negotiating, and executing JBP, marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Forecasting, developing, and supervising customer-specific plans to meet commercial goals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with Customers.
- Implementing commercial strategies and ensuring the correct execution of 5p's.
- Enforcing credit policies defined by the company.
- Achieving sales objectives in the assigned territory.
- Managing proactive communication with customers and participating in Top to Top meetings and Joint Business Planning.
- Analyzing information to make informed decisions that benefit both the company and the customer.
- Leading the execution of 5P strategy within commercial guidelines.
- Driving growth and visibility with incremental distribution.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend solutions accordingly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Area or trade marketing in consumer goods.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Tools.
