About the Role A-LIGN is seeking an experienced Sales Compensation professional to manage our Sales Compensation process.

As a member of the Revenue Operations team, the Sales Compensation Manager will develop Annual Compensation plans in coordination with leadership, manage monthly commission calculations & communication, and resolve commission errors or disputes with urgency.

They will also coordinate with our Salesforce Team to build the data infrastructure to support easier and more accurate commission calculations.

The right person for this role will be a strong executor who is detail oriented, organized, and an excellent communicator who can engage with all levels across Sales, Finance & Executive Leadership.
