If you're ready to bring your A-game, come join the Sales team as a Sales Divisional Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing a Full Service Distributor model, developing strategies to drive profitable and sustainable outcomes for the organization. Your main tasks will include managing customer P&L, sales KPIs such as Sell-In, Sell-Out, Inventories, Gross Sales, Credit & Collect Trade Spending, and negotiating commercial plans.

This opportunity is based in Panama City, Panama.

A Glimpse of Your Responsibilities

  • Sales Expertise and Customer Management: Showcase your proficiency in sales, negotiation, and handling complex customer scenarios to boost business success.
  • Strategic Budget Management: Lead the Customer TS budget to implement brand strategy, prioritize customers, and achieve targets efficiently.
  • Customer-Centric Strategy Development: Comprehend customers' strategies, WM JBP KPIs measures, priorities, and in-store requirements to craft solid commercial plans aligned with their objectives.
  • Ownership of Customer Performance Metrics: Take charge of customer's P&L and sales KPIs, including Sell-In, Sell-Out, Inventories, Gross Sales, Credit & Collect, Trade Spending, and ensure the successful execution of commercial plans.

We're Seeking Someone Who Has

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, reading).
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT) Excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation skills, highly competitive, tenacious, and self-motivated).
  • Knowledge of Retail Link and Tableau.
