As a Regional Sales Manager Service Projects, you will drive the sales performance of products, systems or services, specifying and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy.
You will lead and coach the local sales organization to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.This position reports toBusiness Line ManagerYour responsibilitiesIdentifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them.
Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales.
Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale.
Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks.
Building a robust sales organization through best practices, training and cross-collaboration.
Your backgroundBachelor ́s Degree in Electrical engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanics or related.5 years of experience in the commercial area, sales manager or related.
Knowledge of STS, RTG, RMG, ARMG crane systems.Experience in drives and control systems and Electric power systems.
Intermediate-Advanced English level.
Based in Panama (living in the country is a must) Responsible for Central America, the Caribbean, Colombia and Ecuador.
