Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targetsManage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goalsConduct regular coaching and performance evaluations to ensure team members are meeting expectationsAnalyze sales data to inform sales strategy and drive resultsBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and influencersStay current on industry trends and best practices in sales managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of sales initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in sales management or a related fieldProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to think creatively and strategically to develop sales strategiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) a plus
