The Commercial Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Regional Sales Manager to achieve SELLOUT sales and KPI objectives, as well as providing assistance to all Concept Stores and Kiosks with a focus on driving SELL OUT sales and team growth.

Your Responsibilities as a Commercial Assistant:

  • Support the commercial team in daily KPI tracking and analysis.
  • Aid in meeting SELLOUT budget targets for each operation.
  • Implement action plans to achieve SELLOUT goals/KPIs in alignment with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Oversee Kiosks team development, participate in interviews, and engage in the national hiring process with HR.
  • Monitor and consolidate key retail initiatives and outcomes, optimize stock levels, and manage best and slow-moving products.
  • Assist in launching new outlets in the region and strategize ways to maximize sales and KPIs.
  • Provide support for Backoffice tasks such as updates, ranking reports, daily and weekly commercial updates, contest monitoring, and Kiosk scheduling.
  • Collaborate closely with Retail Operations and HR Departments to ensure alignment and enhance sell-out performance.

Key Qualifications for Success:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field.
  • Bring forth over 3 years of proven experience in a robust sales environment.
  • Have 1-3 years of demonstrated experience as a Store Manager.
  • Fluency in English is a SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGE.
  • Possess strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Capable of fostering strong relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
  • Adapt easily to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Understand retail operations principles and their practical application.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, hands-on attitude, proactiveness, and teamwork spirit.
