Sales Support for Indirect Channel

Provides general sales support to the Indirect Commercial team to help with closed agreements, carry out contracts (SPAs) and follow up on Sales.
Your role:
Salesforce Support to Indirect Channel Managers (ICMs) and Distributors, make sure opportunities are uploaded with the necessary information, contact owners of incomplete or out-of-date opportunities, and make any requested changes.
Ensuring that each distributor has their DDP and EF up to date, starting new flows in ICON, and following the process with the legal team and FICS until it is complete.
Contract renewals in Icon. signature tracking.Data load in Icon for annual performance.
Creation of PO in Ariba.
Follow-up of the process until the approval and payment of the invoice.
Each time the quarter ends, prepare the presentations, detailing the performance of each distributor and the actions to correct from now on.
