de la Plaza Grupo noa international is currently seeking Sales and Customer Service Agents to work for our client, a fully natural-based supplements store that specializes in selling probiotics, pre-biotics, mushrooms, krill oil, and other health supplements.

As a Sales and Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and achieving sales goals.


Requirements:

  • English proficiency at least C1 (near to American accent), we require excellent English from our candidates.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or customer service
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales Work experience in the field of natural health is preferredResponsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Achieve sales goals by promoting and selling natural health supplements to customers Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customersPay and Schedule: Pay rate is 4 USD per hour Early leave may be granted on some days Availability to Work on weekends when required Sundays off Working hours are between 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT (8 hours shift)If you have a passion for natural health and a desire to provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals, we encourage you to apply for this position.
