Nuestro IT Customer Support Agent debe:

  • Experiência en soporte técnico en temas de IT.
  • Tener experiência en el uso de aplicaciones Empresariales tipo ERP _(SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage o similares)._
  • Tener conocimientos contables y/o administrativos.
  • Estar orientado al servicio al cliente y a la solución de problemas.
  • Tener facilidad para transmitir conocimientos a los clientes.
  • Poder mantener el flujo de comunicación con los clientes tanto vía telefónica como escrita.

Día día del IT Customer Support Agent:

  • Atender las incidencias y solicitudes asignadas de los clientes.
  • Dar seguimiento diario de los avances de cada solicitud y llevar a cabo las actividades pactadas con el cliente.
  • Realizar pruebas, investigar y dar solución a las actividades y tareas asignadas.
  • Canalizar los requerimientos y solicitudes a los departamentos correspondientes en caso de que sea requerido.
  • Prestar apoyo a compañeros y/o otros departamentos cuando sea requerido.

Conocimiento valorado:

  • Experiência en el uso de Windows Server (Nível Básico).
  • Conocimiento de Redes.
  • Nível básico de uso de MSQL.
