Unifeeder is looking for Customer Service Agents to join our recently established office in Panama.

Our efficient and sustainable transport solutions simplify supply chain management for our customers, allowing them to focus on their core business.


We have recently established services in the Americas and with continued growth aspirations and ambitions of becoming the market leader within our field in Americas, we are searching for colleagues to join this exciting journey with us.


Our aim is to deliver best in class Customer Service and to be our customer's preferred feeder operator in the region.

Your role will be to efficiently and proactively take care of our customers and their cargo, moving in and out of the region.


What we offer
You will join our recently established office in Panama and a team which will initially consist of approx. 6 people.

You will also be working closely together with colleagues located at our office in Aarhus, Denmark as well as departments across the Unifeeder Group.

Your areas of responsibility will be:

  • Proactive customer service and booking management in day-to-day cargo execution.
  • Daytoday contact with our regional customers and customer visits.
  • Actively seek good customer relations, living our company values.
  • Focus on keeping deadlines, always with an eye on details securing best in class service delivery while keeping cost impact of decisions in sight.
  • Be part of driving continuous improvement, in the department and across the business seeking constant improvements in everything we do.

What about you?
We imagine that you have a few years' experience from the container shipping industry.

You find it exiting to work in an ever-changing environment at a high pace, where our customers' needs, productivity and optimization are to be combined.

You enjoy building relationships and are a good communicator.

Furthermore,

  • You respect deadlines and have a sense of urgency and quality.
  • You are motivated by achieving results and deliver best in class performance.
  • You speak Spanish as well as English fluently.
  • Due to local legislation, you must be a national or legal resident of the country of assignment.
  • You hold a driver's license (B / car).
