As a Sales Supervisor you will guarantee the coverage of the budget in the assigned channel, through the correct management of the standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • You will guarantee the achievement of the monthly sales budget assigned in your area and feed the Dash board with the sell out information of all assigned points of sale.
  • You will ensure that you have the inventory in each chain and point of sale, oriented to maximize sales through systems.
  • You will visit potential customers in field sales.
  • You will ensure compliance with training plans through Glidden Academy and Color Center programs.

Qualifications

  • Academic background: Bachelor's degree or Engineering.
  • More than 3 years of experience in Retail, commercial, hardware or mass use chains, in supervisory positions or store/chain management.
  • At least 3 years with statistical tools for continuous improvement, Indicators management.
  • Important: Availability to travel within the national territory, depending on the assigned area.
