This rol is responsible for operate, maintain, and enforce our cloud services and for assuring the IT service quality, availability, and performance.

This role requires experience managing the lifecycle of IT solutions from the requirement gathering to the production operation. Additionally, this role requires excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders with differing perspectives.

As with all members of the B2B IT Engineer Team, this role embodies the concepts of service delivery and customer focusCore ResponsibilitiesThe Cloud IT Operations Engineer SR has overall responsibility for the IT Platform Testing & Operation for the B2B Sales & Care Solution.


This role interacts closely with other members of the B2B team to ensure the quality of the Solution and ensure the continuity of the Production Quality & Performance.

This role also collaborates with multiple stakeholders, such as B2B Service Owners (SD-WAN, Security, others)and IT and Service Assurance organizations to ensure the right integration and support services between B2B dedicated platforms and B2C/B2B centralized platforms.

This role also adheres to Millicom Cloud principles, practices, standards, priorities, and security policiesThis role is responsible for the following:

Acting as owner of Operations of B2B IT platform that ensures the right service availability and performance of production environments.

Maintain, manage, improve and enforce our cloud services to ensure service and availability. Drive technical innovation and efficiency in the platform operations via automation.

5+ years Salesforce CRM.Proficiency designing and developing Vlocity Cards, Data Raptors, Omniscripts, and Integration Procedures.
Experience designing and developing Lightning Web Components, Apex Classes, Controller Classes, Extensions and Apex Triggers.

Knowledge and experience with DevOps continuous integration tools like COPADO or GEARSET.Hands-on with Salesforce Development Life Cycle projects (from requirements gathering to production release).Experience using test automation tools, importing and exporting data from/to Salesforce.

Design solutions based on complex customer business processes and requirements.
Ability to work with JavaScript, HTML and JSON.API design, development, and testing (REST, SOAP, RPC).Experience working with Agile Methodologies.
Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills.
Ability to drive adoption of cloud-based services within the business.
ITIL framework experience is a plus. (Incident, change, problem, etc).Ability to work in a multicultural environment interact with employees worldwide.
