In this role, you have the opportunity to


Provide operational support covering the Installed Base, Field Change Order and Contract Management function with requests on a day to day basis.


You are responsible for

  • Create and/or support the automated creation of Installed Base records in the Installed Base management system, based upon validated data from the BIUs or from other validated sources, this can include Multivendor, 3 rd Party Products & Nonmedical products.
  • Monitor automated processes via exception reports to ensure timely and complete creation of Installed Base records.
  • Maintain existing Installed Base records in accordance with validated change requests.
  • Monitor the automated Installed Base maintenance processes via exception reports to ensure that changes have been executed completely and accurately.
  • Carry out a regular analysis of data accuracy including providing data for field audits and absorbing the results of field audits back into the maintenance process.
  • At all times, working within the requirements set out in the relevant work instructions, process guidelines and in accordance with Quality and Regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Accept, Validate, and Action where approved Installed product Change requests.
  • Management of published Units/Customer Affected Lists required for implementing Field Change Orders.
  • When requested, supporting the Quality and Regulatory Manager with the administration of Field Safety Notices/Customer Information Letters, including Customer responses.
  • Monitor implementation of Field Change Orders

You are a part of
A monitored automated processes via exception reports to ensure timely and complete creation of Installed Base records. Connecting with all of our Business Units and providing a unique customer service.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields with Supply Chain or Business Administration preferable.
  • Proficient level of English, written and oral communication.
- +2 years of Order Management, Supply Chain or Customer Service equivalent experience.

  • Experience with SAP or similar.
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and optimally with crossfunctional and virtual teams.
  • Ability to handle conflicting priorities, deal with pressure, and constant change.
  • Detailed oriented and proactive.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to manage time effectively
