As a Regional Vit Ret Manager supporting the Marketing Team, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

  • Achieving VIT Ret sales targets, including equipment and consumables
  • Conducting face-to-face or remote sales to new or existing clients
  • Assessing client requirements and recommending suitable products, services, or solutions
  • Developing business plans for Vit Ret distributors and executing related activities like customer events and marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining product awareness, strategy, and competitive analysis
  • Collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer relationships
  • Supporting clinical customers in the operating room
  • Assisting in expediting the listing process for VR core products
  • Collaborating with product managers to define product strategies
  • Enhancing selling skills and product knowledge through training
  • Building strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers
  • Ensuring compliance with company SOPs and local regulations
  • Completing any other assigned tasks

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Work hours: 40 hours per week
  • Travel: Up to 30-40%
  • Relocation: Yes

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven sales experience, particularly in a medical setting
  • 3-5 years of experience in Vit-Ret portfolio
  • Experience as a consultant for high-end medical supplies or equipment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Sound business decision-making abilities
