Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish and highly proficient in English for speaking and writing (essential for internal communication and client interaction).
  • Demonstrable experience in autonomously managing clients and effectively converting leads into successful sales.
  • Possession of a relevant university degree is highly regarded.
  • Must have excellent references.
  • Ownership of a car is preferred for ease of property viewings and client meetings.

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive assistance and guidance to real estate clients from initial contact through to sale completion.
  • Acquisition and effective management of property listings to enhance portfolio diversity and appeal.
  • Conducting property viewings and client meetings with the aim of facilitating informed decisionmaking and closing sales.
  • Maintaining proactive and consistent communication with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Providing exemplary customer service and sales support, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Employing superior communication skills for clear and effective interaction with clients and team members alike.
  • Demonstrating problemsolving prowess to navigate challenges in real estate transactions smoothly.
  • Showing diligence and responsibility in all tasks, with a commitment to achieving set goals and deadlines.
