Director E2E Account Operations

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

E2E Account operation is fundamental for a thriving Wholesale business, aiding the Sales Organization in reaching its strategic objectives. The role involves steering the implementation of the strategic vision across LAM countries. The focus is on ensuring consistent adoption of digital, automated solutions and standard processes across countries to empower local teams, drive profitability, enhance organizational efficiencies, and provide optimal Service Levels for various customer groups.

Key Responsibilities:

OVERALL REGIONAL SCOPE

  • Set the vision and direction to motivate the team, ensuring a targeted impact.
  • Lead the formulation and execution of the E2E Account operations strategic plan, aligned with Wholesale stakeholders and E2E countries leads.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for E2E Account operations countries team to address demands and streamline processes.
  • Cultivate a seamless collaboration and communication model with Heads of E2E Account operations across countries and Sales Directors.
  • Represent the Market as the Single Point of Contact to Global WHS Sales Development, fostering collaboration.
  • Maintain a steady flow of communication on business solutions and key initiatives to main WHS stakeholders and project-related functional teams.

E2E ACCOUNT OPERATIONS STRATEGY EXECUTION

  • Promote process standardization and harmonization across countries to align with business requirements for continental success.
  • Champion the successful implementation of Global Wholesale solutions like Click, Assist, and automation through EDI.
  • Develop a clear execution roadmap in coordination with key stakeholders and countries for comprehensive roll-outs. Ensure ongoing communication and timely implementation.
  • Advocate for Digital tools within the Market sales community, gathering requirements and prioritizing requests in collaboration with Global DSS and Global Sales teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the regional supply chain team for excellent execution, defining priorities and action plans for key initiatives such as VAS reduction, direct shipment increase, Responsiveness, etc.
  • Engage with Data and Analytics, Sales analytics, and 3rd party providers to ensure availability of capabilities for business success, enhancing data visibility for better decision-making.
  • Ensure consistent execution of Wholesale policies & procedures across countries and serve as the main point of contact for Global Wholesales, Internal control, GBS during audits related to Customer service, DSS, sales operations.

DEVELOP PEOPLE & DRIVE CULTURE

  • Create a platform through subcommunities for sharing best practices across markets, prioritizing relevant topics with clear timelines and owners. Maintain constant communication with Sales directors and stakeholders about progress and potential obstacles.
  • Foster an effective and efficient E2E Account operations organization, preparing teams for the future through coaching, monthly touch bases, etc.
  • Establish a harmonized organizational blueprint and service level in alignment with Global & Regional Wholesale Strategy and priorities.
  • Develop consistent Job Descriptions based on the organizational blueprint, desired service model, and task mapping.
  • Support the onboarding of new E2E leads from countries with the E2E Account operations strategy, aligning functional strategy with country business needs.

Key Relationships:

  • Global: WHS Sales Development, Tech, DSS
  • Regional: DPC, Market place transformation, GBS, Tech, DNA, Legal, Finance, SCM, NTP, etc
  • Countries: E2E Account operations team, Sales Directors, Commercial team, SCM
  • External: EDI, Sell out data, and other external providers

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • High level of commercial and business acumen, including understanding of Wholesale end-to-end business models.
  • Advanced functional skills with robust systems, tools, and process knowledge in Sales, Customer Service, Sales operations.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing teams and projects in a complex matrix organization.
  • Service-oriented mindset with excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Skilled in driving transformation and providing clarity within new and uncertain environments.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with a pragmatic approach.
  • Effective interpersonal skills including influencing, networking, communication, and negotiation to manage interdependencies and drive projects to completion.
  • Demonstrated methodological skills in Business planning, strategic development, with a high level of analytical agility.
  • Mental flexibility, initiative, determination, problem analysis, and problem-solving ability.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and proficiency in Spanish would be highly advantageous.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in business, ideally with sales and marketing focus or equivalent professional experience
  • 8-10 years in Sales and/or business development and/or Finance/SCM
  • 5 years of management experience
